Product Pricing

Pricing is only accepted on your order once you have processed your payment. Should prices be changed during your purchase or before you have checked-out and processed payment, these will adjust on your order and the original price or ‘special price’ will be replaced.

Product Availability

Lead time is contingent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 1-4 working days.

Should the product not be in stock we will instruct you of the waiting period.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unexpected circumstances may cause delays. Should this happen we will contact you via email and provide an updated shipping schedule.

Delivery Policy

When a purchase has been made with us legal responsibilities arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are restricted by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you comprehend and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is assumed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any questions please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this happen every attempt will be made to contact you to make plans for re-shipment.

Order processing

Order processing will not start until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

We aim to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Monitoring

We have the right, but not the duty, to monitor any activity and content related to the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem fitting (which may include but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or withdrawing any materials from the Website).

You assume not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in any way and gather the legal implications thereof. Should you be found to be in breach of this agreement you understand that you will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Oudewerfskloof Olive Farm for any civil action or any legal action believed essential against you.
