Return and Refund policy

If you need a refund or to exchange a product, please contact us prior to returning the product to us. We would like to discuss your issues about the product before deciding on a way forward.

If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to exchange the goods and they must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of original dispatch.

How to Return Items

Before you return the items, either email or call us to let us know that you are returning an item.

Please supply us with the reason for the return as well as your details:

When returning items, wrap the package securely and enclose your receipt (we send this out with your order), the reason for returning the item/s, and send to:

Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 24 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days.

We recommend that you use Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
